📌 General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all services, consultations and contracts provided by ASS-Solution to companies, municipalities, cities and private customers.

2. Services
AES-Solution offers consulting, planning, and implementation services in the field of ecological infrastructure and building concepts. Details are provided in individual offers or contracts.

3. Conclusion of contract
A contract is formed by written acceptance of an offer or by a contract signed by both parties.

4. Remuneration
The fee is based on the price stated in the offer. All prices are net prices, excluding statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment terms
Payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction, unless other deadlines have been agreed in writing.

6. Obligations to cooperate
The customer undertakes to provide all necessary information and documents in a timely manner.

7. Warranty & Liability
AES-Solution is liable within the framework of the statutory provisions, but not exceeding the amount of the agreed fee. No liability is assumed for indirect damages.

8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the project's confidential content.

9. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of ASS-Solution, provided this is legally permissible.

10. Final Provisions
Should any clause of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses shall remain unaffected.
